How Luke Fraser Homes collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Luke Fraser Homes is a real estate team operating under Royal LePage Signature Realty, Brokerage, at 100-495 Wellington St. W., Toronto, ON M5V 1G1. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Luke Fraser Homes.
We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Your brokerage file is also governed by the rules of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB).
We only collect what you give us. Through the contact form and the home evaluation form on this site, that is your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, the property address you ask about, and anything you type into the message field.
Our web host also records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which is used for security and to keep the site running.
We do not buy personal information from third parties, and we do not collect financial or identity documents through this website. If your transaction later requires identity verification, that is handled through the brokerage under separate consent.
To answer your question, prepare the home evaluation you asked for, and provide real estate services. If you tick the consent box, we will also send occasional market updates.
We will not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.
The consent checkbox on our forms is optional. You can submit either form without ticking it and we will still respond to your enquiry.
If you do consent, every message we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing luke@lukefraserhomes.ca. We action requests promptly and in any case within the ten business days CASL allows.

Some of these providers store data outside Canada, which means it may be subject to the laws of that country.
Enquiries that do not become a transaction are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and then deleted on request. Where a transaction proceeds, brokerage records are retained for the period required by Ontario real estate legislation.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email luke@lukefraserhomes.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
